Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you incur no fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to the address above without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
