Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through enemy-9.com. The seller is André Pfister, Hubpüntstrasse 5a, 5707 Seengen, Switzerland (“we”, “us”).

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking “Place order” you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract comes into effect once we confirm your order by e-mail.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). We are not subject to Swiss VAT, so no VAT is included or added. Shipping costs are charged separately and are shown before you complete the order.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance via Revolut. After placing your order you receive a QR code together with your order number. Please state the order number in the payment reference so we can match your payment. We ship once the payment has arrived. If no payment reaches us within 10 days, we may cancel the order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Switzerland, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

We do not currently ship to other countries.

Delivery normally takes up to 10 days after receipt of payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

6. Customs and import charges

We ship from Switzerland. Deliveries to the European Union and the United Kingdom may be subject to import duty, import VAT and carrier handling fees. These are levied by the destination country, are payable by you in addition to the order total, and are outside our control. We cannot estimate them in advance.

7. Right of withdrawal

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. Please report visible transport damage as soon as possible so that we can raise it with the carrier.

9. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. For consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
